| Hypertension,
commonly referred to as high blood pressure,
is a medical condition where the blood pressure
is chronically elevated. Hypertension gives
a higher risk of heart attack or stroke than
any other disease. |
| Root Causes |
- Being overweight.
- Smoking.
- Eating a diet high in the salt.
- Drinking a lot of alcohol.
- Males have a greater chance of developing
hypertension than women until age 55. However,
after the age 75, women are more likely to
develop hypertension than men.

- For the treatment of blood pressure, you
can use powder made by 100 gm melon seeds
and 100 gm poppy seeds (khus-khus). Mix and
store in a clean container. Consume 1 tsp
with water morning and evening.
- You can also used ginger juice by mixing
1 tsp honey with 1 tsp ginger juice and 1
tsp cumin powder. You should be taken two
times a day.
- Gooseberry is another effective remedy for
high blood pressure. you can taken by mixing
tablespoon of fresh amla juice and honey mixed
together in every morning.
- Lemon is also used as a valuable food to
control high blood pressure. Because it is
a rich source of vitamin P and it is found
both in the juice and peel of the fruit. This
vitamin is essential for preventing capillary
fragility.
- You should drink raw vegetable juices, especially
carrot and spinach juices. You can drink juices
separately or in combination, because it is
beneficial in the treatment of high blood
pressure. When you will drink juices in combination,
then 300 ml of carrot juice and 200 ml of
spinach juice should be mixed to make 500
ml or half a litre of the juice, and taken
daily. If taken separately, then you should
be drink one glass twice daily, morning and
evening.
- You can also use 25-30 curry leaves and
make a juice using one cup water, then add
on limejuice to it for making it tastier.
You should drink it in the morning.
- You should be eaten food that contains vitamin
C, and all vitamins of the B group, as they
are extremely beneficial in preventing and
treating low blood pressure.
